In addition to my regular weekly classes, I also teach Yoga & pranayama privately from my studio at home in Naas and in various other venues.
Special & Individualised Classes 
Having studied the Yoga Traditions of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha with teachers in Ireland, Greece, Mexico and India, and taken part in Teacher Trainings for these, I have been able to give tailored classes for special needs and situations. I have also studied Pranayama and Meditation over many years within both Yoga and Buddhist schools and have taken Tantric and Kriya initiations.
