Yoga Immersion Days - What to expect.....10:30am Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Practice suitsable for all levels of experience 12:30pm Meditation Pranava OM 1:00pm Lunch break & Rest 3:00pm Yoga Session - Exploring Tantra/Kundalini/Tibetan etc 4:00pm Pranayama Session e.g. Nadi Shodana 4:30pm Vedic Chant Chant performance and study/practice of a chant e.g. Gayatri Mantra 5:30pm Closing Mantras
Vedic Chant Studies
In April of 2009 I became a Certified Vedic Chant Teacher having studied and qualified with the KYM Vedavani, Chennai, India. I am continuing my studies with Vedavani and will take the next level of instrustion when I visit Chennai in November 2010. This year I will continue to introduce to a number of small groups the correct methods and rules of Vedic Chanting.
