You can apply for an e-Visa (1 month tourist) via the officail Indian embassy website Embassy of India, Dublin, Ireland‍ or by contacting Trailfinders Visa Dept 01 - 881 4949 (contact is Anna).

There is a fee for Trailfinders service, BUT it is so easy and trustworthy. In my experience the Indian Embassy is impossibe to contact via phone or email and often you may have to go in person to the Embassy in Dublin.
